摘要

Abstract

The aboveground and underground biomass and their distribution of 6-year Magnolia officinalis medicinal forest in Youxi County of Fujian Province were investigated. The result indicated that the average diameter at breast height, average tree height and total biomass of Magnolia officinalis medicinal forest at different slopes were shown as downslope > midslope > upslope; The distribution rates of the aboveground biomass among different organs were showed as trunk > leaf > branch; as far as the distribution rate of fresh biomass in the bark of trunk, branch, stump root, big root and middle root were concerned, except for the upslope, the distribution rates of the biomass in the branch bark at downslope and midslope were the largest.
