草场管理制度变迁视角下农户行为研究
Study on the Farmer's Behavior in Pasture Management System Transition Perspective
摘要
Abstract
Taking the case of Yanchi County in Ningxia, through comparing farmer's behavior differences between the villages where grazing is allowed and where it is not allowed during system transition process, and analyzing farmer's behavior variation in grazing villages during system transition process. It indicated that open institutional environment can promoted market-oriented pastures, co-operative raising method and scale husbandry industry as well as self-governance of community members. Conditional grazing policy can not only met the livelihood need of farmers and promoted large-scale animal husbandry and market development, but also can realized pasture environmental protection to the greatest extent.关键词
