超声-环流提取盾叶薯蓣皂苷的研究
Study on extraction of dioscin from Dioscorea zingiberensis wright by ultrasound - circulation
摘要
Abstract
Using the ultrasound-circulation method, the dioscorea dioscin is extracted from the Dioscorea zingiberensis wright. Compared with those extracted by ultrasonic auxiliary extraction only considering single factor condition such as the ultrasonic frequency, ultrasonic power and ethanol concentration, the result shows that for 60g extraction powder of the dioscorea shield leaf, the average extraction rate of ultrasonic-circulation is 5. 99% and is higher 25. 38% than that of the ultrasonic auxiliary extraction.关键词
