摘要

Abstract

By establishing a theoretical model, and the experimental observation, the surface tension and surface density of cell membranes in mung bean, gynostemma and salvia seeds are calculated. The resonant frequencies of the cell membranes are found. The theoretical resonance frequencies for cell membranes of mung bean, gynostemma, salvia are 24. 767±2. 477 kHz. 19.051±1.905 kHz and 19. 813±1. 983 kHz. which are in good agreement with the experimental results. When the ultrasonic frequency is the same as resonance frequency, the germination rate is increased and cycle time is shortened significantly.
