Calculation and analysis about the insertion of Triton X-1O0 in phosphatidyle thanolamine/cholesterol Bilayer
摘要
Abstract
The insertion of non-ionic detergent Triton X-1OO in the Phosphatidyle thanolamine/cholesterol bilayer has been studied by the Gibbs adsorption equation and surface tension equation. The equations are deduced to give out the "excess molar amounts of Triton X-100 and the variation of free energy in the system. The results showed that the insertion molar amounts and the "excess" molar amounts of Triton X-100 is increased as the surface pressure increase.The variation of free energy is in proportion to the surface pressure of bilayer.关键词
