荨麻根的化学成分研究
Study on chemical constituents from the root of Urtica fissa

Abstract
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents in the extract from the root of Urtica fissa. Methods Compounds were isolated by repeated chromatography of silical gel column and macroporous adsorption resin. Their structures were identified by IR and NMR spectroscopic methods. Results Eight known compounds were isolated from the root of Urtica fissa and identified as β-sitosterol ( Ⅰ ), daucosterol ( Ⅱ ), palmitic acid ( Ⅲ ), stigmasterol (Ⅳ), a-spinasterol (Ⅴ), potassium nitrate( Ⅵ ), cholesterin ( e )- 5,22-enyl-3β-alcohol ( Ⅶ ), stigmasterol-3-O-f-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅷ ).Conclusion Compound Ⅲ,Ⅵ, Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ were isolated from the genus of Unica L. for the first time.关键词
