Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method to the assay of protocatechuic acid in Zhidai granules.Methods Protocatechuie acid was determined by Hypersil C18 column (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm) using methanol-water-acetic acid(19: 80:1 ) (ζ)as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL · rain-1 and the detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area value of protocatechuic acid in the range of 0.051 2 - 0. 768 0 μg ( r = 0. 999 8 ). The average recovery was 100. 90％ with the RSD of 1.79％ (n = 6). Conclusion This method is specific, reliable,reproducible and feasible, which can be used for quality control of Zhidai granules.关键词
