Abstract
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of icariin in Erxianzengjing mixture.Methods The HPLC column was sinochrom ODS-bp (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) column. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water ( 26: 74 ) at the flow rate of 0.9 mL · min - 1. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the detecting wavelengt was 269 mn. Results Icariin was linear in the concentration range of 0.118- 1 -1.18 mg · mL-1 (r =0.999 4) ,and the average recovery was 99.03% (RSD =0.63％ ,n =9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.关键词
