Abstract
Objective To assess left ventricular diastolic function by Doppler tissue imaging ( DTI ) in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD ) after percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI ). Methods DTI was used to measure left ventricular diastolic function in 52 CHD patients after PCI. Other 40 subjects without cardiovascular diseases were served as controls. The parameters included transmitral diastolic early and late filling velocity ( E and A ), the early and late diastolic velocity of mitral annulus ( Ea and Aa ). Ea/Aa and E/A were calculated subsequently. Results Compared with controls,Ea and Ea/Aa decreased in CHD patients after PCI ( P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ), so did E and E/A ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Left ventricular diastolic function can be assessed by DTI.关键词
