摘要

Abstract

Hydraulic slide valve is a critical component in the hydraulic control system, which controls the fluid pressure, flow direction and flow rate. The characteristics of valve flow have a great impact on the performance of hydraulic valves. A 3D geometric model of the hydraulic valve is established according to the parameters of the in-service hydraulic slide valve. The hydraulic oil flow inside the hydraulic valve is simulated based on the CFD software. The analytical results offer a foundation for optimizing the structure of hydraulic slide valve.
