Abstract
Three-dimensional numerical simulation for flow field of hydraulic bearing of spindle of gear shaping machine is conducted by using FLUENT which is a computational fluid dynamics software that based on finite volume method. Bearing capacity, flow rate, oil film stiffness are then obtained. By analyzing the data,the results show the rule that structural parameters of bearing affect the static characteristics of hydraulic bearing. The result shows that when the spindle is static, with the increase of factor of eccentricity, the load capacity increases and the oil film stiffness decreases; when the spindle's rotating speed is low, the load capacity and the oil film stiffness increase with the increase of factor of eccentricity; under big factor of eccentricity and high rotating speed working conditions, the dynamic effect exists and can not be neglected. The results can provide a new calculation method and reference for hydrostatic bearing design and optimization.关键词
