Abstract
As a pilot unit of applying Three-simultaneousness System of Construction Project, the Sichuan Huadian Luding Hydropower Co., Ltd. always follows the principle of “Building a power station, driving local economic, improving local environment, benefiting local people” to develop hydropower projects. After implementing the Three-simultaneousness System, establishing and improving environmental management system and strengthening the management objectives of “construction and environmental protection together” and “excellent design, strrict implementation, effective commissioning”, a good result on environmental protection has been achieved.关键词
