阿尔茨海默病患者血清C3、Aβ1-42测定及意义
Serum levels of complement C3 and Aβl -42 in patients with Alzheimer disease.
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate serum complement C3 and Aβl - 42 in patients with Alzheimer disease ( AD ). Methods Serum samples of patients with Alzheimer disease and normal elders were collected for assessment of complement C3 and Aβl -42 using ELISA. Results Although higher level of complement C3 was revealed in AD group than that in controls, no significant difference was detected ( P ＞ 0.05 ). However, significantly increase of Aβl -42 was revealed in AD group when comparing with that normal controls( P＜0.05 ). Conclusion Serum Aβl-42 is a provides biochemical marker for the diagnosis of AD.关键词
