摘要

Abstract

A large amount of cracks emerged in the concrete construction of No. 2 spillway tunnel in Luding Hydropower Station. After comparing tests, the crack number, length and width are significantly decreased by adopting crack control measures, in which the construction method and raw materials are adjusted by using the C9035 polycarbexylate low-heat concrete, the maximum length of concrete pouring space is limited, the concrete vibrating is strengthened and the wind proofing and thermal insulation measure are adopted. By using these measures in the construction of No. 3 spillway tunnel and further optimizing construction technology, the crack in No.3 spillway tunnel is effective controlled.
