Abstract
Through comprehensively using both the method of quantitative analysis and the theory of exploitation, utilization and sustainable development of marine resources, the paper analyzed and evaluated the exploitation and utilization of marine resources of Dalian city, discussed the existent problems in the utilization of marine resources of Dalian, and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the exploitation and utilization of marine resources of Dalian in the period of "The 12th Five - year Plan".关键词
