摘要

Abstract

Simulation with improved diffusion-limited aggregation (DLA) model was performed to analyle the shape and the growth process of the needle-electrode electrodeposited nickel dendrite with fractal structure. The related experiments were carried out to verify the simulation results by using electrodeposition equipments. The result shows that the particle cluster of the electrodeposited thing product is very similar to that obtained from the numerical simulation. The fractal dimensions of these two particle clusters are also almost same with each other. It is effective to use DLA model to prove the growth rhythm of fractal structure, the parameters used in simulation and in electrodeposition exist some internal connections. The simulated particle deposit has a very clear fractal structure.
