金银花、山银花黄酮类提取物体外抗伪狂犬病病毒作用研究
Antiviral effect of Flos Lonicerae japonica and Flos lonicerae flavonoids ingredients to PRV in vitro
摘要
Abstract
Extracted flavonoids ingredients from traditional Chinese herbs Flos Lonicerae japonicae and Flos Lonicerae,respectively, which were planted in Hunan province of China.Investigated antiviral effects of the flavonoids extracts by observing cytopathic effect (CPE) in Vero cell, and detected the cell survival rate by MTT method.The results showed that in a safe concentration range of security, the flavonoids extracts had obvious interdiction, inhibition and neutralization effects to Vero cell.There were no obvious differences between Flos Lonicerae japonicae and Flos Lonicerae, except Flos Lonicerae having more powerful inhibition effect in viro.关键词
