灵武煤制水煤浆级配技术研究
Gradation Model of Coal Water Slurry by Using Lingwu Coal
摘要
Abstract
Based on the interstitial position gradation model, by using QQ4A/B ball miller and PSI-200 standard sieve, under the size range of 0.1~1, 0.3~1.25 mm, ratio of grinding media to material is 8∶1~12∶1, ball milling rate is 90~110 r/min, ball milling time is 15~60 min, the effects of various gradation model for ball milling efficiency were studied.Using DV-Ⅰ+ PRO digital viscosity meter inspected the slurry viscosity.The results show that the high concentration CWS can be fabricated by using interstitial position method, the R1/R2/R6 model is better.关键词
