Abstract
Objective To understand the attitude toward job choice and professional values of nursing students with different educational background.Methods 137 nursing students in practice were divided into three groups according to their educational background.Their attitude toward job choice and professional values were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire.Results There were significant differences among three groups in attitude toward job choice and professional values (P＜0.01).80.3％ of nursing students regarded nursing was the reflection of their own working value and 93.8％ nursing students chose to become nurses after graduation.Conclusion Most nursing students show positive attitude toward job choice.Reasonable nursing cultivation should be established and great importance should be attached to the cultivation of nursing students ' professional values.关键词
