Application of Hierarchy Training in the Selection of Specialized Nursing Group Leader in Operation Room
摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of hierarchy training in the selection of specialized nursing group leader in operation room.Methods Hierarchy training involving patients' management during perioperative period, the competence of combining theory and practice, safe management, emergency and coordination were provided for nurses in operation room, from which specialized nursing group leaders were selected.A self-designed questionnaire was applied for the information about the working of specialized nursing group leaders from doctors, nurses and patients as well.Results After the training, six group leaders were selected and most doctors, nurses and patients were satisfied with their perfomance.Conclusion Hierarchy training is beneficial to the development of specialized nursing group in operation room.Specialized nursing group leaders provide efficient and quality service for both doctors and patients.关键词
