Abstract
[ Objective ] To optimize the ultrasonic extraction conditions for carotenoid from Arctiumlappa L. , so as to provide theoretical evidence for the further processing of Arctiumlappa L.. [ Method ] The extraction process of Arctium lappa L. carotenoid was optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test. [ Result] The optimal extraction conditions were determined to be: Arctium lappa L. powder particle size of 60 meshes, ultrasonic power of 300 W and extraction temperature of 30 ℃. Under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction rate of carotenoid from Arctiumlappa L. reached as high as (7.53 ± 0.37) μg/g. [ Conclusion ] This case provides guidance for the extraction of carotenoid from Arctium lappa L. and offers theoretical evidence for the further processing of Arctium lappa L.关键词
