Abstract
The molecular chain structure, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and melting crystallization behavior of LDPE resin were comparatively analyzed by using of DSC, GPC and FTIR.According to the test results, the processing parameters of resin were adjusted to keep the molecular weight of LDPE 2210H in the range of 8.9 × 104-10.3 × 104, and keep its molecular weight distribution in the range of 4.7-5.6, and then the degree of branching is 16.1%-18.9%.The cross-linking property of resin is improved and its heat-durabilily is enhanced too.The microstructure analysis and quality tracking mongoring of LDPE 2210H for cable insulant have some guidance to the quality optimization of LDPE 2210H resin.关键词
