摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression and significance of the gp96 and c-jun in colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of gp96 and c-jun were assessed in 78 speciments of colorectal cancer and their adjacent normal mucosa by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of gp96 and c-jun in colorectal cancer were higher than those in their adjacent normal mucosa( P＜0. 05 ). The expression of gp96 was related to the differentiation.depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage( P＜0. 05 ). The expression of c-jun was related to differentiation grade( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The expression of gp96 was positively correlated with the expression of c-jun in welldifferentiated colorectal cancer P＜0. 05 ). Univariate analysis indicated that factors affecting overall survival were tumor size, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis , Dukes stage and expression status of gp96 in colorectal cancer. Conclusion The expression of gp96 and c-jun are significantly increased in colorectal cancer. and which may have a synergistic effect in well-differentiated colorectal cancer, and the positive expression of gp96 can affect prognosis of colorectal cancer.关键词
