Abstract
Objective To investigate the defense style of somatoform disorder patients and their parents' rearing patterns. Methods 30 somatoform disorder patients and 30 normal people were assessed with DSQ and EMBU.Results Somatoform disorder patients had higher scores in immature defense style, projection, acting out, regression, complaint and somatization, there were significant difference between the somatoform disorder patients and the normal group. Somatoform disorder patients had higher scores in “punishment and sternness of mother” and “rejection and denial and over-protection of father” of EMBU. There were some correlation between “emotional warmth and understanding” and “mature defense style”,“intermediate defense style”; between “punishment and sternness of mother”, “preference of mother” and “immature defense style”; between “emotional warmth and understanding of father”, “preference of father” and “mature defense style”; between “over-protection of father” and “immature defense style”. Conclusion It may have significant correlation between defense style of somatoform disorder patients and their parental rearing patterns.关键词
