超疏水/超亲油SiO2薄膜的制备和表征
Preparation and Characterization of Superhydrophobic/Superoleophilic Silica Film

Abstract
A hydrophobie nano-silica (SiO2) sol was prepared with tetraethylorthosilicate and methyltriethoxysilane as precursors by a sol-gel method. The nano-micro-binary structured SiO2 particles were obtained due to the gel effect of SiO2 sol during the aging process. After modified with dodecyltrimethoxysilane (DTMS), the nano-micro-binary structured SiO2 film possessed a superhydrophobic/superoleophilic property. The chemical components and morphology of SiO2 particles were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The surface morphology and wetting behavior of SiO2 film were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy and water/oil contact angle measurement, respectively. The results show that the well-dispersed nano-particles of SiO2 can form the nano-miero-binary structured particles during aging process, the modification of nano-miero-binary structured SiO2 particles with DTMS can maintain the morphology of SiO2 particles and improve the hydrophobic property of the SiO2 film. The superhydrophobic/superoleophilic property of SiO2 film was due to the nano-micro-binary structure of SiO2 particles and hydrophobie/oleophilic nature of -CH3 and -(CH2)11CH3 groups. The superhydrophobic/superoleophilic SiO2 film prepared was thermally stable at 475 C.关键词
