Abstract
Objective: to study the regulating qi to spleen party functional indigestion (FD) rat gastric antrum organization of nitric oxide synthase (NOS2), this paper discusses the influence of the expression of the party the mechanism of action of FD treatment. Methods: to FD for experimental rats object, spleen, regulating qi to observe party FD rats in the expression of the gastric antrum organization NOS2 influence. Results: the model rats in the gastric antrum organization NOS2 express positive neurons express significantly reduced (P＜0.01), a statistically significant difference. Each dose group of spleen, regulating qi party are not degree to reduce rat models in the expression of the gastric antrum organization NOS2 (P＜ 0.05 or 0.01),and ＜ P high dose group and the sand Billy group difference was statistically significant role (P＞0.05). Conclusion: the spleen, regulating qi by lowering the gastric mucosa tissue can NOS2 expression, curb the synthesis and play and NO stomach dynamic function.关键词
