关节炎中药贴剂的制备研究
The study on preparation of Guanjieyan patches
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To prepare good performance product of Guanjieyan patches. Methods: Through orthogonal experiment,the integrated assessment index (including sensory, initial adhesion and peel strength), was taken to evaluate the patches performance influence of kaolin (A), TCM powder (B), glycerin (C) and TCM extract (D). Results: The optimization of process is A2B1C1D2. Conclusion: Guanjieyan patches consisting of (kaolin: powder: glycerin: extract=0.4:0.2:0.05:0.5) had good viscosity ,good post apply feel and good formability.关键词
