摘要
Abstract
Objective:To Optimize extraction methods on(R,S)-goitrin of Radix Isatidis .Method: Adopting TLC to identify (R,S)-goitrin and HPLC to determine the content of (R,S)-goitrin with water and 80％ methanol ultrasonic extraction ,decoct extraction.Results: Water as solvent ultrasonic extraction was the best. Conclution: The method is simple and rapic, the result is accurate.关键词
