摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the kinetic parameters of salidroside in rats after intravenous administration of different doses of salidroside. Methods The serum concentration of salidroside was analyzed by reversed - phase high - performance liquid chromatography( RP - HPLC)and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3P97following a single intravenous administration of salidroside at doses of 15,30,60 mg/kg in rats. Results The concentration - time data showed the characteristics of a two - compartment model after iv injection of salidroside at three doses. The corresponding distribution half- lives(T1/2α ) were 4.96,2.01,4.36 min and the elimination half - lives ( T1/2β ) were 24.24, 19.40,16.88 min respectively. There was a linear increase in C0 proportional to doses,as in AUC0-t and AUC0-∞. AUC0-t and AUC0-∞ were 362.15, 879.77, 1421.48 (μg · min)/ml and 383.09, 884.52, 1426.63 (μg · min)/ml respectively. Conclusions There is little variation in pharmacokinetics for salidroside within the range of doses used.At the same time linear pharmacokinetics iss observed.关键词
