摘要

Abstract

Introduction of defective equipment recalling system to Chinese power grid construction is beneficial to the grid sustainable development.However, to build a recalling system in this special field, some aspects should be concerned carefully, such as the prerequisites,management styles, defective factor definitions, and recall ranges, processes and ragulastions.Taking account of wide application of new technologies in Chinese power grids, a special recall approach can be designed to solve the contradiction between new technology developments and equipment defects.Besides, owing to a lack of conditions for building the defective equipment recalling system in China immediately at current, a transitional period is needed to revise the original management model.During the transition period, some measures should be adopted to avoid the risks and loss caused by defective equipment, such as improving the effectiveness of the tender documents and contracts, establishing product credit systems, strengthening the functions of relevant departments and constructing a comprehensive information platform.To build a consummate recalling system for defect equipment in Chinese power grids, many factors should be considered comprehensively.
