摘要
Abstract
By analyzing the existing knowledge sharing models,we propose a P2P and C/S integration model which can meet the need of organizational knowledge sharing and introduce a knowledge sharing platform under this model implemented by Java language. The paper introduces the conceptual model and system architecture of the platform and discusses the key technologies involved, including network topology, full-text retrieval, knowledge management rules and navigation methods. Experimental results show that the platform can realize in-depth and accurate knowledge sharing inside an organization,and show organizational knowledge to users in a reasonable and orderly way.关键词
