一种新型太阳能电池菁染料光敏剂的合成及其性能研究
Synthesis and properties of a novel cyanine photosensitizer for solar cell

Abstract
A photosensitizer Cy3 with p-carboxybenzyl groups on the nitrogen atoms in its indole ring for dye-sensitized solar cells has been designed and synthesized in this paper.The intermediate p-carboxybenzyl-2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indoleninium-5-sulfonate potassium condensed with triethyl orthoformate to form the cyanine by traditional oil and ultrasonic methods respectively.The results showed that the ultrasonic method could make the synthetic reaction time shorter, temperature lower and yield higher.The product was separated and purified by column chromatography with the mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water (5 : 1, V/V) as the eluant.The maximum UV-vis absorption wavelength and fluorescence emission wavelength of Cy3 were 551 nm and 565 nm in water respectively.Compared with them in water, the absorption and emission wavelengths did not change but the fluorescence strength increased a lot in α-CD solution.关键词
