风电功率波动的时空分布特性
Spatiotemporal Distribution Characteristic of Wind Power Fluctuation

Abstract
The fluctuation of wind power is the basic reason to influence secure and stable operation of power grids connected with wind power generation systems. Due to the absence of measured data, it is difficult to evaluate the influencing extent by quantized wind power fluctuation.However, the quantized evaluation of the fluctuation of wind power is the basis to ensure the secure and steady operation of power grids connected with wind power generation systems especially under the condition that the huge wind farms with capacity in the range from 1GW to 20GW, which are being constructed in China, overlay wide regions and there are much types and numbers of wind power generators. According to measured data of wind power generated by provincial wind farm group located in Northeast China, which possesses the capacity of gigawatt level, the distribution characteristics of wind power fluctuation in different temporal and spatial scales are quantitatively analyzed. Analysis results show that the spatiotemporal distribution of wind power fluctuation possesses a certain trend pattern, and with the enlargement of agglomeration scale of wind farm group, the fluctuation of wind power will be mitigated.关键词
