不同地区不同生境按蚊种群的分子鉴定及rDNA-ITS2序列分析OACSTPCD
Molecule identification and rDNA-ITS2 sequence analysis of Anopheles from different provinces and habitats
对采自安徽、江苏、湖南、广西、云南及海南等地区的人房、牛棚、稻田、山区等不同生境的按蚊,按照文献合成引物,用PCR方法进行分子鉴定;并对各种群的ITS2序列测序后,与GenBank所得赫坎按蚊复合体近缘种群按蚊的ITS2序列进行比对分析.结果显示,采集的不同地区不同生境的按蚊均为中华按蚊,此次采集没有采到嗜人按蚊;现场的中华按蚊与凉山按蚊、贵阳按蚊和昆明按蚊的同源性为80.6%~83.1%,与嗜人按蚊和雷氏按蚊的同源性为75.2%~76.2%,与…查看全部>>
The partial rDNA-ITS2 segments of Anopheles from Jiangsu, Anhui, Hunan, Yunnan, Hainan provinces and Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region were amplified using PCR and then were sequenced. The sequence alignment results of rDNA-ITS2 indicated that all the samples obtained from different provinces and habitats belonged to Anopheles sinensis.There were high identities between the samples group which ranging from 98. 2% to 100% .
