摘要

Abstract

The partial rDNA-ITS2 segments of Anopheles from Jiangsu, Anhui, Hunan, Yunnan, Hainan provinces and Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region were amplified using PCR and then were sequenced. The sequence alignment results of rDNA-ITS2 indicated that all the samples obtained from different provinces and habitats belonged to Anopheles sinensis.There were high identities between the samples group which ranging from 98. 2% to 100% . The identities between the samples and An. hycauns ( An. liangshanensis, An. kunmingensis , An. lesteri and An. anrhropophagus , An. nigerrimus An.peditaeniatus ) were 79. 1% -82% , 76. 1% -77. 1% , 60. 9% -63. 9% , respectively. Phylogenetic analysis results showed that all the segments obtained from the fields were clustered together and formed two separated branches with the segments of An. hycauns form GenBank.
