松油烯-4-醇酯类衍生物的合成及杀虫活性
Synthesis and insecticidal activity of ester derivatives of Terpinen-4-ol
摘要
Abstract
Terpinen-4-ol has been exhibited good biological activity.Based on the primary research,12 ester derivatives were synthesized with Terpinen-4-ol.The chemical structures of compounds were confirmed by NMR and MS.The Z3, Z4, Z8, Z9, Z10, Z11 and Z12 are new compounds.The preliminary bioassay results indicated that 12 compounds all showed contact activity against Mythima separata W., among which Z5 had the highest activity with LD50 value of 0.072 8 mg/insect,11 compounds exhibited fumigation activity against Musca domestica L., the fumigation toxicity of them was weaker than Terpinen-4-ol.关键词
