摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of telmisartan and benazepril on hypertension and reversing left ventricular hypertrophy ,cardiac function through contrast analysis. Method: 115 cases of hypertension in the stage 1-2 range were randomly divided into telmisartan group and benazepril group. Blood pressures were measured before taking drugs 4 weeks and 12 months after taking drug. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter（ LVEDD ), Interventricular septum thickness diastolic （ IVSTd ), left ventricular posterior wall thickness （ LVPWt ), Left ventricular ejection （ LVEF), Fraction shortening ( FS ) , E/A were measured with Doppler echocardiography before have druges,12 months after have druges. Result: Blood pressures of two groups were significantly decreased （ P＜O. 05 ), blood pressures of telmisartan group dropped more than the group of benazepril, But there was no significant difference ( P＞0.05 ) between two groups, and two drugs had no effect on heart ratio. LVEF and FS of two groups were significantly improved after 12 months, without significant difference（ P＞0.05 ）. IVSTd, LVEDD, LVPWt and left ventricular mass index（ LVMI） dropped significandy( P＜0.01 ） ,and E/A improved significantly ( P＜0.O5 ） after 12 months. Conclusion: Telmisartan and benazepril could not ouly reduce blood pressure but also abate left ventricular hypertrophy significantly and regulate left ventricular diastolic function关键词
