基于结构性改变PCFG的制备工艺研究

Abstract
The fabrication technology of heat method of photonic crystal fiber grading based on its structural change is researched, and the principle of photonic crystal fiber grating is analyzed.Heat transfer theory and finite element method are used to analyze the influence of structure of air hole in the envelope, parameters of laser bean in the grating process and distribution of thermal field on grating technology.The results show that grating can be formed by periodic collapsed pillars of PCF.Under double-side thermal stimulation, energy will be well-distributed in the radial direction and similar to Gaussian distribution in the axial direction.Also air-hole structure accelerated the grating process.In the same size of facula as the number of layers and radius of pillars increase.laser power needed for grating decreases.Then the relationships between needed laser power and air filling rate are obtained by stimulating the grating process of PCF with different layers.This FCP grating has overcome the poor thermal stability and poor long-term stability of traditional grating fundamentally and has great potential applications in the related areas of fiber-optic sensor.关键词
