稀土β成核剂改性PPR力学与结晶性能研究
Study on Mechanical Properties and Crystallization of PPR Modified by Rare Earth β Nucleating Agent
摘要
Abstract
The mechanical properties and crystallization of propylene-ethylene random copolymer (PPR)modified by rare earth β nucleating agent (WBG-1) were studied through SEM, WAXD and PLM The results show that: with increasing of WBG-1, the tensile strength, bending strength and modulus of modified PPR decrease firstly and then increase, but the impact strength and elongation at break increase firstly and then decrease; and when the nucleating agent content is 0.3%, the properties reach to the peak value, β-rystal form contents and the rate of crystallization of modified PPR mixing WBG-t are significantly increased.关键词
