ABCG2在不同微环境下肾上腺皮质癌细胞中的表达及意义
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF ABCG2 EXPRESSION ON ADRENOCORTICAL CARCINOMA IN VARIOUS MICROENVIRONMENT
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the ABCG2 expression on adrenocortical carcinoma in various microenvironment. Methods: Adrenocortical carcinoma cell line (SW-13) cells were used to established different microenvironment in vitro and in vivo, the tissue and cells of above mention were detected with flow cytometry. Results:The expression of ABCG2 on SW-13 cells in metastasis lymph [(5.41±2.57)％] was higher than that in standard culture medium [(1.04 ± 1.01)％]; in stem cell culture environment [(2.44 ±2.30) ％]; in subcutaneous transplanted tumor[(0. 89± 1.43)％] and in peritoneal metastasis tumor[(3.14 ±2.42)％], which showed a significant difference (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: The expression of ABCG2 is different in various microenvironment. The phenotype ABCG2 considered to be a specific marker of side population cells(SP). Adrenocortical carcinoma maybe contain SP cells, as many cancer.关键词
