Analytical Calculation of Inductances of Windings in Electrical Machines With Slot Skew
摘要
Abstract
Slot skew in electrical machines can remarkable suppress tooth harmonics of voltage, attenuate the high frequency torque ripple, and therefore improve performances of machines. Since finite element simulations of such machines will result in a complicated and time-consuming analysis process, an analytical method for calculating the airgap inductances of windings in electrical machines with skewed slot was presented based on the space harmonics analysis technology of airgap magnetic motive force and permeance in two-dimensional coordinates systems. Influences of the slot skew rate on the inductances of an electrical machine were studied with the proposed approach. Its validity and accuracy was proved by the experimental test on a synchronous generator with skew of stator by a slot pitch.关键词
