Dynamic Vacuum Stability Test Method for Thermal Decomposition of CL-20

Abstract
The thermal decomposition of CL-20 was investigated by dynamic vacuum stability test (DVST).The results show that the mechanism function of non-isothermal decomposition of CL-20 is Avrami-Erofeev equation with n =4.The apparent activation energy Ea is 165.3 kJ · mol-1 , and the pre-exponential factor In (A/s-1 ) is 40.20.Isothermal decomposition mechanism function changes with temperature, the reaction rate constant increases exponentially with temperature from 1.01 × 10-6 s-1 at 90℃ to 1.81 × 10-5 s-1 at 140 ℃.The amount of decomposition gases of CL-20 tested at 100℃ is 0.502 mL · g-1, showing that the thermal stability of CL-20 is better.By fitting the Semenov equation, the effective storage life of CL-20 at 25℃ is 14.4 a.关键词
