The Imaging Plane Analysis of Bistatic ISAR

Abstract
This work mainly discusses the imaging plane of the Bistatic ISAR. The imaging plane is modeled by two different methods separately. One is modeling the imaging plane according to the bistatic SAR image planing; the other is to model the plane by target rotation vector analysis. The modeling process is presented in detail. Both the models are seem to be reasonable, but are different to each other.They are then testified by applying them to interpret the bistatic turntable imaging, and to analyze the possible result. The results of BP algorithm turntable imaging simulation perfectly match the predictions of the second model, which is built by target rotation vector analysis. Further simulations of moving pointscatter bistatic imaging also indicate the validity of the second model. The deficiency of the first model is also discussed.关键词
