戊型肝炎病毒研究新进展
Progresses on Hepatitis E Virus
摘要
Abstract
Hepatitis E virus ( HEV )is responsible for large epidemics and rampant sporadic cases of acute viral hepatitis in various regions of the world, especially in many developing countries, where it is endemic, and China is a highly epidemic area of hepatitis E ( HE ). HE is zoonotie, and swine are the principal reservoirs of human HEV. So far, HE becomes a major public health concern worldwide. The current situation and development of HEV virology, genomes, clinical features, epidemiology, and major epitope as well as the development of HEV diagnostic reagent and vaccine are reviewed.关键词
