Abstract
Objective To investigate the differential expression of miR-125b in various prostate cancer cell lines and the effects of miR-125b on cell migration and invasion in prostate cancer. Methods The differential expression of miRNA in 1E8 ( high metastasis prostate cancer) and 2B4 ( low metastasis prostate cancer) cell lines were analyzed by real-time PCR. Cell migration and invasive ability were detected by Transwell experiment. Results The levels of miR-125b significantly increased, compared to 2B4 cells. The invasiveness of 1E8 cells were decreased when miR-125b was down-regulated. Conclusion miR-125b enhances invasiveness of prostate cancer cells.关键词
