Abstract
Objective：To evaluate the feasibility and therapeutic effect of laparoscopic surgery for the pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder.Methods:One patient with bladder pheochromocytoma underwent laparoscopic surgery.The patient received B ultrasonography,CT and MRI to identify the diagnosis and location of the lumer.The tumor was 43mm×32mm×30mm in size.Results:The operation was successful without conversion to open surgery.The operative time was 100min,and the estimated blood loss was 80ml.There was no perioperative complication occurred, and the postoperative hospital stay was 7 days.The tumor was paraganglioma confirmed by pathology.Following up to 1 year,the symptom of the patient disappeared and the blood pressure was normal.No recurrence occurred.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery is feasible and safe to treat pheochromocytoma of the urinary bladder,which has advantages of less trauma,less blood loss,better cosmttic result and quicker recovery.关键词
