摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and summarize of the experience of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic technique in the treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi. Methods:Clinical data of 16 patients with upper ureteral calculi who were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic technique from Jun. 2007 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:All patients were treated successfully. Mean operation time was 104.6min ( range, 60-150min). Mean stay hospital was 5.5d ( range,4-11 d ). No serious complications were noted. Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic technique is effective, minimally invasive with rapid postoperative recovery for impacted upper ureteral calculi. It may be an alternative to open surgery and other mini-invasive methods.关键词
