Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery in acute peritonitis. Methods:The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed from 322 patients of acute peritonitis who underwent laparoscopic surgery and 253 patients who underwent open surgery from Jan. 2005 to Jan. 2011. The operating time, postoperative off-bed time, exhaust time, the hospital stay,analgesic use, and cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction were comparatively analyzed. Results:No complications such as organ injury occurred in either group. 2 cases in the laparoscopic group were converted to open surgery due to bowel resection. There was statistical difference in the off-bed time, decannulation time, the hospital stay, analgesic use, adhesive intestinal obstruction incidence between the two groups(P ＜0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ). There was no statistical difference in the operating time( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusions: Laparoscopic surgery for acute peritonitis has advantages of less trauma, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay and better asmetic result,which is worthpopularization.关键词
