摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and operative skills of laparoscopic myomectomy for gigantic hysteromyoma.Methods :The clinical data of 362 cases with hysteromyoma treated by laparoscopic myomectomy were analyzed. The hysteromyoma was ＞ 10cm in 33 cases. Operative time,hemorrhage, postoperative recovery,hospital stay and complications were obseryed. Results:Thirtythree cases were performed laparoscopy successfully. The mean operative time was 95min. The mean blood loss was 110ml, and the mean hospital stay was 6.3d. Conclusions:Laparoscopic myomectomy for gigantic hysteromyoma is safe and feasible in experienced surgeons.关键词
