摘要

Abstract

A backstepping terminal sliding mode control coordinated control for SVC and generator excitation is designed.By use of backstepping method the Lyapunov function is constructed step-by-step; the uncertain parameters are replaced by adaptive law; finally, the terminal slide surface is added to make correlated variables enable to converge to zero in finite time. The design procedure of controller is based on the nonlinear system without any linearization, so the nonlinear property of the dynamic system is well utilized. Simulation results of single-machine infinite-bus system show that thedesigned backstepping terminal sliding mode control coordinated controller can damp power oscillation rapidly, improve transient stability of power system and make terminal voltage of generator stable.
