Abstract
Objective To study the plasma levels of E-selectin, angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) of healthy offsprings with a family history of essential hypertension (EH), and explore their effects on pathogenesis of EH.Methods Sixty healthy offsprings with a family history of EH were randomly divided into two groups: 30 offsprings with one of the parents suffering from EH as group A; 30 with both parents suffering from EH as group B.Another 30 healthy offsprings whose parents did not suffer from EH were assigned as control group. The plasma level of E-selectin was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbentassay (ELISA) method and the levels of Ang Ⅱ and CGRP were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The plasma levels of E-selectin.Ang Ⅱ and CGRP were significantly higher in groups A and B than that in the control (F= 14.43-16.63,q=3.52-8.15,P<0.05).Plasma levels of E-selectin, Ang Ⅱ and CGRP were higher in group B than that in group A (q=3.12-3.98,P<0.05).Levels of CGRP were positively correlated with that of Ang Ⅱ in groups A and B (r=0.682, P<0.01).Conclusion Due to heredity, the plasma levels of E-selectin, Ang Ⅱ and CGRP increase in the healthy offsprings with a family history of EH, which might be regarded a initiating agent for El.Healthy children with a family history of EH and with high plasma levels of E-selectin, Ang Ⅱ and CGRP are high-risk objects of EH, an active prevention measures should be taken.关键词
